1951-2020
Thomas “Tommy” Lorne Mitchell peacefully passed away on June
30, 2020 at the Charlotte County Hospital, St. Stephen NB. Born in
Blacks Harbour NB on December 7, 1951, he was a son of the late G.
Stanley and Charlotte (Maskell) Mitchell.
Thomas is survived by his loving wife Janet and adored daughter Angie
(Richard). He is also survived by his brother Harold (Sandra),
sisters, Elizabeth and Mary (Douglas) as well as special nephews
Christopher and William and special niece, Tammy.
In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his brothers
William, Everette and Claude.
Tommy’s passion in life was fishing, hunting and spending time
gardening with his daughter. He will be sadly missed by his family and
friends.
Arrangements in the care of the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26
Portage Street, St. George NB. As keeping with Tommy’s wishes, no
visiting will be held. A private graveside service will be held at the
St. George Rural Cemetery at a later date. In Tommy’s memory, donation
to Charlotte County Cancer or to a charity of the donor’s choice would
be appreciated by the family.
