It is with heavy hearts and great sadness that the family announces the passing of Tom Obach on Tuesday, September 22nd, 2020 at the age of 83. Beloved husband of Diane (Simard) Obach and loving father of Greg and Chris (predeceased). Grandfather of Nickolaus Obach and Caroline Obach. Brother of Elsie Shymanski (Bill predeceased). Special brother in law of Rollande Robillard (Maurice predeceased), Yollande Belisle (Maurice predeceased), Roger Simard (Lois), Denise Girard (Kit predeceased), Jean-Jacques Simard (Monique), Muriel Nemeth (Louis), Odette Grenier (Don), Pierrette Martin, Henri-Paul Simard (Louise), Marc Simard (Colette), Monique Fredette, Lise Renaud (Leo), and Pierre Simard (Denise). Sadly missed by loving nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Northern Cancer Foundation would be appreciated. Funeral Service in the R.J. Barnard Chapel, Jackson and Barnard Funeral Home, 233 Larch Street, Sudbury, Tuesday, September 29th, 2020 at 3pm. (Friends may gather in the chapel after 2:45pm Tuesday.)
