THOMAS, Betty May

Betty was born to George and Carrie Thomas on November 26, 1963 in Kincaid, Saskatchewan and she passed away on March 30, 2020 at her home in Kelowna.
Betty set out on a ride she called, “life,” where she moved to different places in Manitoba. She worked at P.M.U. Barn, Dog Boarding Place and had a small leather working business and many other jobs she loved along way. Betty made many friends, she was happiest with the wind blowing in her hair, whether it was on a horse or Harley. Betty loved writing poetry, bead working, camping and being with nature. She also lived in Swift Current for some time, and after leaving Swift Current, she moved to the Kelowna area. Betty worked at a berry picking orchard until she could no longer work, due to her health. She always tried to stay in touch with all of her friends and family and now her story is continued by her brothers and sisters: Mary Ellen, Gary, Bonnie, Ken, Gord, Dee and numerous nieces, nephews and many friends. Betty was predeceased by her parents, George and Carrie.
