Thérèse Lavigne (Vachon)
At the Palace Long Term Care, Alexandria on Tuesday, January 21, 2020. Thérèse Lavigne (née Vachon) of Alexandria: age 80 years. Beloved wife of Ernest Lavigne. Loving mother of Denis Lavigne of Dunvegan, Donald Lavigne (late Jocelyne), and Denise Fraser (Leslie) both of Alexandria. Dear sister of the late Madeleine Lavigne (Marcel). Dear daughter of the late Albert and Alma Vachon (née Cadieux). Also survived by 6 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. A private Memorial Service will be held at a later date. Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772). As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Glengarry Memorial Hospital Foundation would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Thérèse a tree will be planted in a Memory Woods.
