Obituary of Theresa Helen Yates
Yates: Theresa Helen
Suddenly at her beautiful home on Friday February 7, 2020. Theresa Yates (nee Deir) loving wife of 30 years to Chris Yates. Adoring mother of Mark (Miranda), Sarah (Nick) and Patrick (Julie). The best Grammy in the whole wide world to Charles, Barrett, Dylan, Hudson and Norah. Dear sister of John Deir (Carole), Kathy Johnston (John). Predeceased by her parents Ted and Clare Deir and 1 brother Robbie. She was a loving sister in law, aunt, cousin and friend to many and will be missed by all. The family will receive friends at the Tompkins Funeral Home on Friday February 14 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday February 15, at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers donations made to the UHKF Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family.
