Terry Osburn Wells 1957 2020

Obituary of Terry Osburn Wells
With great sadness, but grateful for years of love, the family of Terry Wells, loving husband of Meredith Biggar, announces his passing at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Friday, August 7, 2020. Born May 2, 1957 in Bath, NB, he was a son of the late Edward and Audrey (Dodge) Wells.
Terry spent his childhood in the Carlingford area, and always liked fishing and hunting. Having a great sense of humour and being able to tell the best stories set Terry apart. He was intelligent, and largely self-taught as a musician who could sing and play many instruments by ear. After his first onset of cancer, he decided he would try his hand at painting- another self-taught talent. Terry was a transport truck driver for over 20 years and enjoyed long drives even when he wasn’t working. He was a patient and loving man, an all-round good guy who would do anything for others, and left an impression everywhere he went.
Terry will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 15 years, Meredith; daughter, Tina (Ian); step-children: Corey (Betsy), Catrina (Andrew), Brandon (Kayla), and Naomi; grandchildren: Slade, Riott, Lyric, Brendon, Shiloh, Willow, Cody, and one grandbaby on the way; step-grandchildren: Landen, Layla, Karrie, Chas, Lily, and Rocky; his sisters, Joyce (Garnett) and Maxine; several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by his son, Darren; brother, Johnny; and, recently, his canine companion, Nemo.
Arrangements are under the care of Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, NB (634-7424), with visiting on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 from 2 to 8 pm. Guests are asked to enter the funeral home using the courtyard entrance, where staff will greet and assist you with COVID-19 protocol. Interment will take place with his parents and son in Perth Andover on a date to be announced. For those who wish, remembrances to SJRH- Palliative Care, Canadian Cancer Society, Canadian Diabetes Association, or NB Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
Passion Of Love
You are my sunshine
On a warm summer day
You are my passion
I have every day
So don’t you be lonely
And don’t you be blue
Because darlin’ I’m so in love with you
You are a rose I picked along the way
I take it to my office where I work hard each day
So don’t you be lonely
And don’t you be blue
Because darlin’ I’m so in love with you
I can’t wait till you get home at night
So I can hug you and hold you so tight
And make love to you each and every night
So darlin’ hold me tight
So don’t you be lonely
And don’t you be blue
Because my darlin’ I’m still in love with you
So in love with you
Forever Amen
