Ted McGregor Stahl
Mar 11, 2001 – Dec 20, 2020
Compassionate – Loving- Impactful
These are just a few words that can be used to describe an incredible young man. Ted McGregor Reay Stahl was born in Canmore on
March 11, 2001 and passed away suddenly on December 20th, 2020
at the age of 19. Those who knew him and held him dear, know that there wasn’t a more kind-hearted, loving and impactful young man.
He loved with all his heart, he treated everyone he met with compassion and within minutes of meeting him your life was instantly better than
it was before. His smile would make your world a brighter place and he lived with pure kindness in his heart.
He will forever be missed but not forgotten by his parents, Tanya and Gerry Stahl, his brothers Avery-John and Ethan Stahl, grandparents Kurt (predeceased) and Jean Stahl and Helen and Ted Cook. Many aunts, uncles, cousins and true friends will think of him fondly and remember the joyous moments they shared with him. Even in his short life, his impact on those he loved and those he met will be everlasting. We love you forever and will hold you in our hearts until we can hold you in our arms again in heaven. We will live our lives with the same kindness in which you lived yours with and we will spread the joy of your life and your smile to all we meet.
Celebration of life will be announced when COVID allows
at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, monetary donations, in his memory, are encouraged
to the Bow Valley Food Bank.

  1. Ten years ago thru several camping outings and a Hockey Camp in Cranbrook BC we were fortunate enough to have some association with the Stahl family. I was quickly impressed with their 3 boys as quality, quality, soon to be young men. This doesn’t happen by accident but by truly loving, intentional parenting and a loving home. A Decade has passed and 1500 miles lay between but the loss of McGregor is felt in such an immense way that his Inspiration will surpass any time and space.
