Peacefully at home surrounded by her family on Monday, July 13, 2020. Tammy Jean MacDonald “THE QUEEN” of St. Andrews West; age 54 years. Beloved wife of Duane Burd. Loving mother of Cassie Kayoina James of Cornwall, Curtis Burd of Sudbury, Megan Burd of St. Andrews, and Kennedy Latour of Oshawa. Cherished grandmother of Lilah Pearl Newton and Roman James. Dear sister of Timothy MacDonald of Kingston, and Tammy Collette McKee of Cornwall, sister-in-law of Kendra Sullivan (Barry) of Chesterville, and daughter-in-law of Diana Arnold Burd of Chesterville. Loving aunt of Dana Ruth Sullivan, and Matthew Sullivan. Predeceased by her parents Roland “Rollie” and Doreen MacDonald (nee McDonald). A Private Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Andrews Catholic Church with Interment following in the Parish Cemetery. A public celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Date and time to be announced. “THIS TOO SHALL PASS”. Arrangements are under the care and direction of the Wilson Funeral Home, 822 Pitt St., Cornwall (613-938-3888). As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Hospice Cornwall or to the Baldwin House Cornwall would be appreciated by the family.
