Leaving behind with fond and loving memories to cherish her three sons, Leslie (Charlene) and their three daughters Naomi, Sarah and Rachel who live in Fort McMurray Alberta, Rod (Kimberly) and son Jordan from CBS, and her youngest son Morgan (Shannon) and their two children Sesily and Samuel. In addition are her siblings, Eunice Wells (Harold) Botwood, Sandra Wiseman (Hubert) of Botwood, Robert Morgan (Patricia), Jerry Morgan (Phyllis) Bay Roberts, Joan Morgan, Janet Brown (Duke), Rick Morgan (Michelle), Cynthia Benmore, Kimberly Fowler and partner Robert Kennedy.
Susan has a very large extended family and a host of wonderful friends and spiritual sisters and brothers but we must acknowledge one person, Myrna Keats, Susan’s best friend, companion, and care giver, who was by Susan’s side for over 30 years.
Special thanks to her Pastoral team from Elim Pentecostal Tabernacle including the hospital chaplain Pastor Sean Bowers. We also would like to thank the doctors and staff of St. Clare’s, specifically 4 West. Susan received wonderful, compassionate care from a team of exceptional healthcare providers. Words cannot express our gratitude.
Cremation has taken place and a private family funeral will be held from the Carnell Memorial Chapel on Friday August 21at 1pm. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Cemetery. If you feel inclined to do so donations can be made to the Gideons.
