Passed peacefully away at U S Memorial Health Centre,
St. Lawrence, NL on Saturday, February 15, 2020,
STELLA MAY
FARWELL of Creston South, NL, in her
89th year. Leaving to mourn, her
loving sons Everett (Velma), Burin, Gordon, Burin, daughters Betty
Wiscombe (Bruce), Creston South, and Goldie
(Gerard), Marystown; grandchildren Kevin (Trina),
Keith (Jill), Jacquelyn (Glenn), step grandchildren George, Geraldine,
Lucille, and Jackie, step great grandchildren Josh, Kobe, Jalia, Kode,
Taylor, Jobie, Ricky, Jackson, and Madison; sisters Maisie Moulton and
Mamie Sainsbury; and a large circle of other relatives and
friends.
Stella is predeceased by her husband Gilbert, parents
Lewis and Isabella Farwell, an infant son, brothers Eli, Frank, and
Samuel and sisters Betty, Madge, Ada and
Marina.
Resting at Peninsula Funeral Home, Creston South, on
Sunday, February 16, 2020 from 2 pm – 9 pm. The funeral
service will be held at St. Michael’s Anglican Church,
Creston South, on Monday, February 17, 2020 at 2:00 pm. Interment will
follow at the Anglican Church Cemetery in Creston
South.
In lieu of flowers, In Stella’s memory,
donations may be made to St. Michael’s Anglican Church
Cemetery Fund, Creston South, NL.
