Shirley Caecilia Jeun
Passed away peacefully on January 5, 2020 at 81 years of age. Devoted wife of Bing for 54 years. Loving mother of Gwendolyn (& Daniel), Lawrence (& Cindy), Roselyn (& Steven), Julian, Alexander and Glorianna (& Paul). Adored grandmother of Colin, James, Myles, Russell, Calvin, Reid and Harrison. Predeceased by her siblings Mary Lam and Mark Yik, and parents Mo Ching Martha Yik and Chan Pong Thomas Yik. Affectionately remembered by many cousins, nieces and nephews. Proud longtime member of the Windsor Symphony Choir and Es County Chinese Association (ECCCA).
Heartfelt thanks to the doctors and nurses at Windsor Regional Hospital Metropolitan Campus. We are forever grateful to The Hospice of Windsor for their loving care and unending kindness.
If you so desire, in lieu of flowers, donations to the ECCCA or The Hospice of Windsor would be appreciated by the family.
Cremation has taken place.
Memorial Visitation Saturday January 11, 2020 from 10:00 am until time of Funeral Service at 1:00 pm at FAMILIES FIRST, 1065 Lauzon Rd., East Windsor, 519-969-5841.
Interment will follow at Windsor Memorial Gardens.
Shirley would be pleased if friends and family wear a small touch of red to celebrate her life.
