Bourdeau, Shirley Ann:
Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family and with love at the Guelph General Hospital on Friday, March 6, 2020, at the age of 77. She will be forever remembered and cherished by her longtime partner Tom Smith. Loving mother of Mark Bourdeau of Guelph, Michele Fox (Dave) of Calgary, Bob Bourdeau (Mary) of London, Sherri Chattington (Chris) of Woodstock, Jason Smith (Stephanie) of Guelph and Trevor Smith of Guelph. Much loved Nana of Chantel, Brandon, Kelly, James, Amber, Ashley, Kyler, Brady, Corey, Jakob, Aviva and Jaxon and eight great grandchildren. Shirley is survived by her siblings Sharon Frampton, Barbara Rothbauer and Rob Manning. She will be remembered by her many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her loving parents George and Solveig Manning and by her brothers John, Randy and Richard Manning. “Mom loved her backyard gardens and all God’s creatures big and small and she loved spending time laughing and reminiscing with her family.”
The family will receive friends at the Gilbert MacIntyre & Son Funeral Home, Hart Chapel, 1099 Gordon Street, Guelph on Friday, March 13, 2020 from 10 a.m. – 11 a.m. A Celebration of Life will be held in the funeral home chapel at 11 a.m., followed by a reception in the Fellowship Lounge. Interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Guelph. As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Guelph Humane Society, to the Canadian Cancer society or to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
