SHIRLEY ANN JANE (ALLAN) GOTT– August 19, 1939 to October 31, 2020
With profound sadness the family announce the passing,peacefully at home with family at her side, of Shirley Ann Jane Gott on Saturday, October 31, 2020 in her 82nd year. Beloved wife and best friend of William John “Aubrey” Gott over 62 years. Mother of son Allan, daughters Lorraine Tibbo (Garry) and Lynne Gott (Brian Spurr). Proud Nana of granddaughters Malyssa and Mellany and grandson Ian. Predeceased by parents Samuel (1988), Mary (1991) and only sibling, Helen (2005).
In honour of Shirley’s wishes there will be no memorial service. Shirley’s cremated remains will be privately interred with her parents in Shelburne cemetery.
The family respectively request that the Canadian Cancer Society of Ontario or the Alzheimer Society of Ontario be considered by those who wish to make donations in memory of Shirley.
