SHERRY LYNN KRASKA 2020

SHERRY LYNN KRASKA
June 9, 1967 – – March 9, 2020
It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of our beloved daughter, sister and friend. Sherry was born in Flin Flon, Mb the second of three daughters of Paul Kraska and Yvette Piche (Mayner).
Sherry’s childhood was in Flin Flon. Mb. It was not unusual to see her ringing her bell while riding her bike, wherever she went. When she was not on her bike, she was at the cabin on the lake doing what she loved the most, fishing.
Sherry had many passions over the years. She loved keeping her hands busy. She would draw with passion and then move to rug hooking and onward to knitting. These things gave her great joy and we loved to indulge her. Later in her adult life, she moved to a new community in Carman, Mb under the direct care of Rainbow Residence, where she lived a fulfilled life. She got involved with many programs provided under the umbrella of the residence and was well known and loved within the community. Her favorite food was fries and coke.
Sherry is survived by her dad, Paul Kraska, sister Laura Spring, sister Shannon Kraska as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. All of the family has their own fond memories of Sherry, especially her infectious laughter.
Sherry was predeceased by her mother, Yvette Mayner in 2013.
Funeral service will be held on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. at Doyle’s Funeral Home, Carman.
Memorial donations may be made to Visions of Independence, 211-530 Century Street, Wpg, MB, R3H 0Y4 or to a charity of one’s choice.
The family wishes to extend our thanks to the management and staff of Rainbow Residence/Visions of Independence who provided her care and well being during her stay.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of SHERRY LYNN KRASKA 2020..
