Sheila Mitchell, 81, passed
away peacefully on Friday, July 10, 2020, at McNair Manor, Riverview
NB. Born in Little River NB., she was the daughter the late Eric and
Geraldine (Carter) Geldart.
Sheila retired from Food
Service at the Moncton Hospital and together with her husband Kenneth
they ran Mitchell’s Variety. Sheila loved to cook, play
cards and bingo. Sheila spent many summers at the family camp in Nova
Scotia. She had a great love and devotion for her
family.
Sheila is survived by her
husband of 64 years, Kenneth Mitchell, daughters Debra Mitchell,
Judith Landry (Michel) and Lori Smith (Randal); grandchildren Kerri
Landry (Rich), Crystal Landry (Marc), Ashley Smith and Allison Smith
and a great grandson Alexander Landry-White; brother Gary
Geldart.
In addition to her parents,
she was predeceased by her son Carl Mitchell and brother Arnold
Geldart.
A private family funeral will
be held on Thursday, July 16 ,2020, noon, at Fergusons Funeral Home
Chapel, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton NB
(506-858-1995).
Sheila’s service
will be live streamed on Fergusons Funeral Home website. To view the

Private family interment will
take place at Elmwood Cemetery.
In memory of Sheila, donations
