Serenity Balogh Monday May 18th 2020

Serenity Lily-Ann Balogh
April 22, 2006 – May 18, 2020
On May 18th the world sadly lost Serenity Balogh. Her sudden death was a shock to everyone. Fourteen is just too young to die!
Serenity was a volunteer, an enthusiastic participant and an eager young friend. People say that her smile was beautiful and she was easy to talk to. She loved animals and enjoyed serving as a “Kitty Cuddler” at All Paws Rescue Services. Although she herself had no physical disability, she was an active participant in Cruisers Sports Wheelchair Basketball, playing for the Cruisers Falcons. She also worked with special needs kids with Team Orange at Our Lady of Fatima School and participated in the Youth Faith Ambassador program at Sacred Heart Catholic School and Our Lady of Fatima School.
Serenity will be sorely missed by her friends and especially by her family – her mom Christine, brother Sebastyen, father Joey, brother Lucas, sister Taylor and grandparents Joe and Maria Botelho.
Please check back to see exactly when the funeral will be. We regret that Ontario restrictions allow only 9 people to attend the service, but be assured that Ward Funeral Home in Brampton will be streaming the service. It will also be available to view at a later date. Thanks for your understanding.
In lieu of flowers, please support the family by donating to GoFundMe – Serenity Balogh Memorial Fund.
