SELIG – Verda Z. 1920 – 2020
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our Mom, Nanny, Sister, Aunt and Friend on Wednesday, August 19, 2020.

Verda was a long-time resident of South Brookfield, Queens County, she was a member of the United Baptist Church and lifelong member of the Women’s Missionary Society. Renate Bennett, Nurse Practitioner, and the wonderful staff at the North Queens Nursing Home in Caledonia. These extraordinarily kind people became part of her extended family, especially during the past several months of COVID isolation, and she loved them all dearly.

She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
