Obituary of Sara Hiebert
Hiebert, Sara (nee Wall) of Chartwell Aylmer, died on Saturday, January 4, 2020 at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital. She was 90 years old. She was a kind and patient person who enjoyed sewing. She loved to do puzzles and reading but most of all spending time with family. Beloved wife of the late Gerhard (George) Hiebert. Dear mother of Anna Hiebert(Mark) of Courtland, Sara Bartsch (the late Bill) of Aylmer, Helen Friesen(Jake) of Aylmer, John Hiebert(Tina) of Mount Salem, George Hiebert of Aylmer, Nancy Hiebert(Lorenzo) of Langton, Mary Hiebert of Aylmer and Henry Hiebert(Yolanda) of Springfield. Loving grandmother of Albert, Michael, Brenda, Timothy, Jeremy, Naomi, Melissa, Jesse, Branden and Myles. She will be missed by her sister Anna of Asuncion, Paraguay, John of St. Thomas and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her son Abe Hiebert, her son-in-law Bill Bartsch, her grandson Andrew Friesen, granddaughters Linda Bergen and Brittany Klassen. Born in Durango, Mexico on September 22, 1929, daughter of the late Johan and Anna (Klassen) Wall. Friends may call at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday 2-4 and 7-9pm. The funeral service will be held at the Old Colony Mennonite Church, Dingle Street Aylmer on Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at 2:00 pm. Interment, Old Colony Mennonite Cemetery, Aylmer.
