Obituary of Sadie Lavender
Lavender; Sarah (Sadie) Stevenson (nee Callison) – Resident of Kingston, Ontario – formerly of Haliburton and Oshawa.
Peacefully after a brief illness at Kingston Health Sciences Centre, on December 26, 2020, in her 82nd year.
Predeceased by her husband Douglas Lavender. Lovingly remembered by her son Brian and his wife LeeAnne, currently of Shanghai, China, and by her daughter Brenda and her wife Serena, of Kingston, Ontario.
Held dear by her grandchildren Taylor, Cora, Hannah and Rebecca, Rebecca’s husband Jonathan and by Sadie’s great-granddaughter, Eden.
Predeceased by her sister May.
Lovingly remembered by her many nieces and nephews.
Cremation has occurred. Interment in summer will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Haliburton.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to Haliburton Highlands Health Sciences Foundation (hhhs.ca/foundation) would be appreciated by the family.
