Obituary of Ruth Brouillette
It is with heavy hearts and incredible sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Ruth Brouillette (née Witty) while surrounded by her loving family, on March 8th, 2020 at the Ottawa Hospital – General Campus. She was the beloved wife of her one and only true love, Claude Brouillette (November 1st, 2016). Daughter of the late Abigal Lousie Witty (née Cuthbert) and the late Frank Witty. Predeceased by her sister Norma and brothers Cleworth and Ken. Survived by her brother Ted Witty (Mary). Proud and loving mother of four, Michelle (Marc), Marc (Natalie), Danielle and her late but ever so loved son Guy. Dearest grandmother of Tara-Leigh (Jeff), Jesse, Sarah (Bill), Ruth-Ellen (Nicholas), Victoria (Jesse), Collier and Stephanie Ayn. The great grandmother of Logan, Brooke, Ava, Mila, Max and Oliver. All of which carry countless loving memories of a woman like no other. Relatives and friends are invited to gather for a Celebration of Ruth’s Life to be held in the Reception Room of Riverside Gate, 3590 Rivergate Way, Ottawa, ON, K1V 1V6 on Tuesday, March 17, 2020 from 2 – 4 pm. Funeral arrangements are under the care of Glengarry Funeral Home, (613) 525-3400, www.glengarryfuneralhome.com.
