Ruth Patricia Jones (Pat) passed away quietly at the age of 89 years on December 31, 2019.
Pat was born in Lacombe, Alberta on February 25, 1930 the second daughter to Fred and Ruth Taylor.
Pat is survived by her children, Lillian (Donald) Duke and Lucille (Norm) Johnson of Rimbey, Kay (Ted) Loshney of Vernon, George (Karen) Jones of Grande Prairie, Linda (Clarence) Huggins of Biesker, Alberta. Pat also leaves to mourn two sisters, Shirleyt Hancik of Rimbey, Phylis Yassinsky of Calgary, one brother Ronald of Edmonton, twelve Grandchildren, fifteen Great Grandchildren and one Great Great Grandson (Ryder) plus many nieces and nephews.
Pat was predeceased by her parents, her Husband Evan, one son Chester, three Sisters, Vernus, Mary, Joy and two Brothers, Gale and John.
She loved her flowers, gardening and playing crib.
Memorial services for Pat Jones will be held from the Royal Canadian Legion in Rimbey, Alberta on Monday January 6, 2019 at 2:00 PM.
If friends so desire, memorial contributions may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
