Ruth Lenore Adshade Saturday May 2nd 2020

ADSHADE, Ruth Lenore
The day came, the one we all dreaded, but knew was coming. On May 2nd at
home, surrounded by her family, in her 88th year, Mom decided she had suffered
enough and left us to embark on another journey. Predeceased by husband
Grafton Peardon (1973), Clyde Adshade (1999) and partner Wilfred Sauve
(2016). Left behind to celebrate her life and legacy are her loving and broken
hearted family. Cherished mother to Nancy Carriere (Ted), Cindy Hossack (Tim),
and Susan Hanratty (Paul). Amazing and loved grandma to Jim (Ali), Jason
(Tara), Jeffrey (Taryn), Katy (Kyle), Lacey (Minh), Krystine (Spencer), Kerry
(Jeremy), Paul (Jessica), and Tara (Cory). Granny Ruth was adored by her great
grandchildren Mason, Trent, Mya, Annaliese, and Genevieve Carriere, Noah
Eden, Levy, Orie, Myer, and Lyra Smith, Henry, Rose and Hugo Quach, Kaegan
and Jackson Rawson, Hayden Hanratty, Declan and Miller Piovesan. Her sister
and partner in crime, Patricia MacGrandles and her family. Her relatives from the
east coast and all her extended family and friends. Predeceased by daughter
Sally(1995) and son-in-law Hardy (2011). Ruth loved her family with all her heart
and enjoyed every minute she could spend with them and they with her. We were
fortunate to have her in our lives and she has left behind a legacy of
unconditional love, laughter and dance. Til we meet again. Dance like you know
you can Mama! A celebration of Ruth’s life will be held at a later date due to the
troubled times that Covid-19 has put upon our society. Arrangements entrusted
to the Toll Funeral Home. www.tollfh.ca
