Age 88 passed away peacefully June 8,2020 at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital. Born in Lynn, MA on June 6,1932, she was the daughter of the late Robert & Hazel (Burt) Prosser. Loving wife of 68 years to Arthur Greene of Kemptville, NS. Sister to Charles (Jean) Prosser of Oshawa, ON; sister in law to Lyndon (Patricia) Greene, Port Perry, ON; Ivan (Joyce) Greene, Kemptville, NS; Eric (Bonnie) Greene, Oshawa, ON. She was predeceased by brothers and sisters in law, Henry (Nellie) Greene; Victor (Leona); Lina (Lawrence) Roberts; Gifford (Shirley); Sherman (Miriam). A very special Aunt to many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and nephews, and too many others near and far. She was a member of the Kemptville United Baptist Church. She loved to do all sorts of crafts and was active in her younger years curling, gulfing and many other activities. She also loved a good game of scrabble and many other games. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. A private graveside service will be held at Lakeview Cemetery in Kemptville, NS. Rev. Dr. James Rhyno officiating. Memorial donations may be made to the Kemptville United Baptist Church.
