Rosemary K. Cooke R.N.
1940 – 2020
Rosemary Katherine Cooke, wife of James Christopher Cooke of Miramichi, passed away at her residence on Saturday, December 26, 2020 at the age of 80.
Born in Nowlanville, NB, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Alice (Dolan) Lynch. She was a Registered Nurse for many years and a former member of the Registered Nurses Association.
Rosemary is survived by her husband, James Christopher Cooke; three sons: Richard Bradford Cooke, Patrick Owen Cooke, and Tim Cairns Cooke, all of Ontario; seven grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. Rosemary is survived by five brothers and sisters: Frank, Nick, David, Joanne and Louise. She is predeceased by her parents, and brother, Pat.
At the request of the family there will be no visitation. A PRIVATE funeral service will be held at Adams Funeral Home Chapel, 140 King St., Miramichi, on January 9, 2021 with Father John Fraser as Celebrant. Interment will be held at St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations to a charity of the donor’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
