Ronald Otis Stark Wednesday October 28th 2020

Stark, Ronald Otis, passed away peacefully with his wife and sister Joye by his side on October 28, 2020. Born in Digby, Nova Scotia, on August 8, 1955, he was a son to the late Otis and Alda (Robichaud) Stark. Ronald was a dedicated scallop and lobster fishermen. He also worked in a sawmill and was a truck driver. Ronald was a devoted grandfather and loved spending time with his grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Judy (Hall); stepdaughter, Kim (Tony) Brittain; sister, Joye (Earl) Hudson; step-grandchildren, Trevor, Candice, Ryan and Brandon; step-great-grandchildren, Gavan and Colby; great-great-grandchildren, Rylee, Julian, Maxwell and Scarlet. Ronald is predeceased by his sisters, Nancy Wong and Glenda McAuley; brother, Hedley Stark; stepson, Karl Goudey. A special thank you to Dr. Black, Palliative Care Dr. Lisa Gillis, V.O.N, and the special branch of EHS. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Sweeny’s Funeral Home and Crematorium, Yarmouth. As per Ronald’s request, there will be no funeral service. Memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association of Nova Scotia.
