Roger Boudreau
Passed away in Sudbury on Friday, August 14, 2020 at the age of 81 years. Son of the late Omer and the late Marie-Rose (née Cloutier) Boudreau. Beloved husband of Solange (née Brisson) Boudreau. Dear father of Pierre Boudreau (Tanya) of Hanmer, Marc Boudreau (Samantha Espley-Boudreau) of Sudbury, and Céline Larivière (Michel) of Sudbury. Dear grandfather of Steffon (Anita), Amy (Michael), Eric, Katrine, Miranda, Samuel, Jacob and great-grandfather of William, Julian, Olivia, and Margot. Brother of Clément Boudreau (late Diane), Carmen Kingsley (late Claude), all of Hanmer, Lise Barriault of Sudbury, and Denise Roy (Gilles) of Ottawa. Predeceased by his brothers and sisters Thérèse Rivière (Gustave) of Carleton, Henri-Paul Boudreau (Jeannette) of Val Caron, Gaston Boudreau, Jean-Charles Boudreau (Jeannine) of Hanmer, Simone Tardif (late Lionel), Justine Proulx (late Bertrand) ), Normand Boudreau, and Léo Boudreau (Karen) from Hanmer. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at the COOPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 4570 St-Joseph St., Hanmer on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 from 2 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 9:30 p.m. A funeral Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, August 20 at 11:00 a.m. at St-Jacques Church, Hanmer. Due to the current pandemic, wearing a mask is mandatory. There will be a limit of 25 visitors at a time. Donations to the Multiple Sclerosis Society of Canada (Sudbury chapter) or to a charity of your choice can be made by cheque or online. www.cooperativefuneralhome.ca
