1957-2020
The death occurred suddenly at Skinners Pond, on Saturday,
July 18, 2020, of Roger Brendon Gaudette, of Gaudettes Lane, Tignish,
age 63 years. Born on April 13, 1957, he was the son of the late Ray
and Marion (nee Keough) Gaudette. He was predeceased by his niece,
Rayanne Dorgan.
Cherished husband to Gail Mary (nee Doucette) Gaudette and
loving father to Marion (Derek) Hackett of Tignish, Ray (Darlene)
Gaudette of Tignish, Peggy (Nigel) Buote of Tignish and Mandy (Tom)
Kurth of Petewawa, ON. Cherished grandfather to Drew, Jade,
Anna, Luke, Bree, Perry, Baker, and Forest. Dear brother to
Floyd (Betty Ann) Gaudette, Donna (late Sydney) Gavin, Lynn (Mickey)
Dorgan, Michael (Carol Ann) Gaudette, Rodney (Sheila) Gaudette and
Howard (Janie Marie) Shea, all of Tignish.
He is also survived by his mother-in-law, Theresa (late
Jerry) Doucette of Tignish, and by brothers and sisters-in-law, Jean
(Tommy) Harper of ON, Gary (Shawn) Doucette of ON, and Neil (Vicki)
Doucette of Buffalo, NY. Roger will also be sadly missed by
his many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Resting at the Rooney Funeral Home and Chapel, Alberton.
Visiting hours Thursday evening for family and invited guests only.
Funeral Friday morning for family and invited guests from St. Simon
and St. Jude Church, Tignish for funeral mass at 10:30 a.m., Rev. John
Molina, Celebrant. Interment in the church cemetery.
As an expression of sympathy, memorials to the IWK Children’s
Hospital would be gratefully appreciated.Please note ,”Please use
