Rodney “Rod” Wayne Hudson
Rod Hudson passed away on Thursday, January 16, 2020, in Burns Lake, BC, at the age of 61 years. He was a longtime resident of Grande Prairie, AB who had recently moved to Granisle, BC.
Rod was born on March 13, 1958 in Spirit River, AB. He enjoyed camping, hunting, fishing, gardening, and spending time with family and friends. He was well known for many years around Grande Prairie as the “Milkman”, due to his delivery business, Rod Hudson Distributing.
He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Annette; daughter Baily (Ryan) Hudson-Reid; step-daughter Amanda (Corey) Allum,; mother Juline (Ed) Unger; grandchildren Gabby Reid, Oliver Reid, and Colton Hotte; brothers Lenard Hudson, Allen Hudson, and Terry (Patti) Hudson; as well as many others.
Rod was predeceased by his father Harvey Hudson and his grandparents.
A private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Rod’s life was blessing, his memory a treasure. He is loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
