  1. Bob and I first met about thirteen years ago when I was starting my swims at Beachcomber Park. I learned how he and some other residents purchased the area which is now a Nanaimo Regional park. Anyways Bob and I became friends and swam together, We had many in depth conversations over the years. It is going to be tough to get used to Bob not being there. I and many others are going to miss you Bob.
