It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Robert (Bob) Duval, at 84 years, on Saturday December 26th, 2020.
Robert will be greatly missed by his loving wife, Lorraine of 62 years. Loving and devoted father to Daniel(Christine) and Robert(Karen). Cherished Papa to Joshua(Nicole) and Jessica. Bob was predeceased by his brothers Gus, Rainee and Herb (Patricia). Bob will also be missed dearly by many nieces and nephews and extended family.
Bob spent his entire working career dedicated to Electrozad Supply and holds the proud title of Electrozad’s first employee. Bob’s special place was relaxing in his sunroom, admiring his hard work in the backyard, while reading the newspaper. Bob had a green thumb and in his spare time, he spent many hours looking after his vegetable garden and caring for the flowers he and Lorraine would plant every summer in their backyard. In addition, Bob took great pride in his backyard pond, waterfall and water statue, that he would always tell people was his two grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff of the Gosfield neighbourhood at the Villages of St. Clair for their devoted care to Bob’s health over the last year.
A celebration of life will take place at a later date.
