On the 23rd of November, 2020 at the age of 82 years, Richard passed away in the City of Ottawa. Richard was predeceased by his wife Ingrid Weber. Richard leaves behind his children: Stephen (Leslie), Ana, Gordon (Ellie), Monique (Ardavan) and his grandchildren Ariana, Alexandra, Adriana, Victoria, Anthony and Kian. He will be fondly remembered by family and friends. A private family Service will be held. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Dementia Society of Ottawa and Renfrew County, 1750 Russell Rd Suite 1742, Ottawa, ON K1Z 5Z6.
