It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Rhona Cann, 93 on Tuesday December 8, 2020 at the Northside General Hospital.
Born in Sydney she was the daughter of the late George and Elizabeth (Pyke) Allen.
Rhona loved spending time with family, she was happiest when spending time with her grandchildren. She adored her dog Brendle and was lucky to enjoy life long friendships with Louise and Theresa.
She is survived by her two sons, John Lawrence (Florence), Stephen Douglas (Pauline). Grandchildren Shelia, Johnathan, Matthew and Jamie. Great grandchildren, Samantha, Tyler, Rebecca. Great great grandchildren Charlotte, Tucker, Sophia and Trevor. Brother, Charlie Allen and brother- in- law John Cann. Along with many nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents Rhona was predeceased by her loving husband Neil Cann.
The family would like to extend a very special Thank- You to the staff on 4E at the Northside General Hospital and Dr. Kohlsmith.
In keeping with Rhona’s wishes there will be no visitation or Funeral service. Donations in Rhona’s memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or a charity of one’s choice. Words of comfort may be forwarded to the family at www.jobesfuneralhome.com
