Obituary
Our beloved Gerald (Jerry) was called home by his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on September 27th at the age of 78.
Dear son of Gerald and Dorothy Sarcen. Loving husband of 54 years to Phyllis (Lewis). Caring father of Mark (Victoria), Jill (Radek) and Kim (Darrin). Much loved Grampy to Melanie, Noel, Oliver, Kennedy, Maya, Cameron, Charlie, and Pippa. Dear brother of Dawn McMillan of Charlottetown, PEI.
Jerry dedicated his life in the service of our Lord, ordained at St. Andrew’s Presbyterian Church in Moncton, NB in 1970 and faithfully served the parishes of Central Parish in PEI, First Presbyterian Church Pictou, NS, St. Andrew’s Moncton, NB, St. Andrew’s Kars, ON, Knox Presbyterian Manotick, ON, St. Stephen’s Sunny Corner, NB, and St. Paul’s Warwick, NB in his 35 years in Ministry.
A memorial servicewill be planned at a later time. A donation can be made to the Alzheimer’s Society of Canada or an organization of your choosing that upholds the community in light and love.
