RENE BEAUDIN
March 16, 1934 – October 17, 2020
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Rene Beaudin at the age of 86, after a battle with cancer.
Rene is survived by his wife Betty and daughter Donna as well as by his brothers and sisters, Victor (Genevieve), Norman, Lorette Milne, Marcella Klym, Linda Stewart, and Clarence (Colette). There are also many nieces, nephews, and cousins to mourn his passing. He was predeceased by his brother Wilfrid.
Rene caringly served his country in the Royal Canadian Navy; also, as a Director for Saltair District, of the Cowichan Valley Regional District, BC. He had a great love for hockey, coaching the Alberta teams, the Bonnyville Pontiacs, and the Stony Plain Eagles. Rene also had a great love for gardening, spending many hours tending flowers and kitchen gardens with great care and attention. His great sorrow was not being able to tend his gardening in his final years.
Our thanks to the staff at Riverview Palliative Care, where he rested in his final days.
Cremation will be followed by interment at a later date due to the Covid – 19 Pandemic.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Rene Beaudin March 16 1934 October 17 2020..
