Passed away at home with family by his side on Tuesday November 3rd, 2020 at the age of 86. Beloved husband of Jeannine Lahaie (nee Forest). Loving father of Michel Lahaie (late Julia) of Elliot Lake, Giselle Poutanen (Jim) of Saskatoon, SK and Marc Lahaie (Karen) of London. Loving grandfather of Jessica of Dublin, Ireland, Jillian (Steve) of Denver, Colorado, Travis of Elliot Lake, Courtney (Paul) of Kingston, Britney of London, Katelyn (Justine) of Moncton, NB, Ryan (Kristina) of Serpentine, Australia and Derek (Jasmine) of Kitchener. Great grandfather of Strowan, Charlotte, Theo, Owen, Oliver, Arthur, Isabelle, Xavier and Lincoln. Uncle to many nieces & nephews. Predeceased by sisters Dolores, June, Cecile and by brother Royal.
As per his wishes, cremation has taken place. A private memorial mass will be celebrated from Paroisse Ste. Bernadette Parish in Elliot Lake. Father Anthony Man-Song-Hing officiating. Memorial contributions to the Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.

You will also need to observe the 2 meters Physical Distancing guideline imposed by the provincial government, unless you are members of the same household.
