It with sad hearts that we announce the passing of our father and grandfather Raymond Rice with his family by his side on August 10, 2020 at Erie Shores Hospice. Predeceased by wife Shirley (nee Douglas 2004) and daughter Connie (1965). Survived by his sister Doris Charlton and his children Barbara (Glen) Dunn, Catherine Garvey, Roxanne (John) Beaudoin, Raymond (Doris) Rice, Donna Rice, Jeannette (Robert) Fetter, Shirley (late John 2014) Meleg, Leonard (Pauline) Rice, June Rice, 26 grandchildren, and 35 great grandchildren. Visiting at the Reid Funeral Home, 14 Russell Street, Leamington (519-326-2631) on Thursday, August 13, 2020 from 2-5 and 7-9 p.m. Mass of the Resurrection on Friday, August 14, 2020 at St. Michael’s Church, 29 Elliott Street, Leamington at 10:30 a.m. Interment Erie Memorial Gardens. Due to COVID Restrictions, Visitation and Mass are limited to a specific number of visitors at a time. Only those with an appointment will be allowed in. Please book an appointment online at www.reidfuneralhome.ca to secure a designated time to pay your respects. ALL visitors must remain in their cars in our parking lot until their designated time and one of our staff members comes to invite you into our facility. EVERYONE must wear a mask at Visitation and Mass. If desired, memorial donations made by cheque to Erie Shores Hospice would be appreciated.
