O’CONNELL, Raymond Dennis- 70, Baccaro, passed away on January 11, 2020, in the Roseway Hospital, Shelburne. Born February 27, 1949, he was a son of the late Raymond Sr. and Josephine (Smith) O’Connell. Raymond greatly enjoyed his model trains. He was an avid reader and baseball watcher, the Toronto Blue Jays being his favourite team. He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Leona (Madden) O’Connell; daughter, Vanessa (Darren) Stoddart; brothers, Spencer (Lisa) O’Connell, Frederick (Marilyn) O’Connell; sister, Linda Mae (Mike) O’Connell; and grandchildren, Bentley and James. Besides his parents he was predeceased by sister, Clara Ross. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Barrington.
