Obituary of Ralph Firby
Firby, Ralph of RR4 Aylmer passed away at Sakura House on Sunday, December 27, 2020 with his family by his side in his 79th year. Beloved husband of Dale(Sloat) Firby for 57 years. Father of Jeff Firby(Donna) and Paul Firby. Grandpa to James, Denny, Chloe, Travis and Syd and great-grandpa to Tyson, Mavis and Cora. Brother of Donna Paget(late Bev) and Ron Firby(Cathy). He will be missed by a number of nieces and nephews. Born in Tillsonburg, Ontario on February 21, 1942, son of the late Max and Rosie(Carrel) Firby. Ralph owned and operated Firby Motors for over 40 years. He enjoyed family, friends, business colleagues and camping. Most of all, Ralph enjoyed building trucks. A private family funeral service will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday, December 31, 2020 at 1:00 pm and will be available for livestream. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, friends and family who wish to attend the visitation on Wednesday, December 30 starting at 11:00am at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home can call the funeral home at (519 773 8400) to register(masks required). Interment, Aylmer Cemetery. Donations to the Sakura House or Cancer Society would be appreciated.
