Death notice for the town of: Moncton, Province: Nouveau-Brunswick
I had the honour of serving under Col Potter and also working with him in the RCEME association at the national level. Col Fraser was a valuable asset in the RCEME Association able to generate consensus on many issues among delegate from across Canada. I would like to extend my belated but sincere sympathies to his family.
