Philip Rea 2020

It’s with great sadness that we announce the passing of Frederick Philip Rea, at 60 Grant Street, Stratford in his 73rd year.
Survived by his brothers Dennis (Sandy) of Guelph and Paul (Cathy) of Kitchener, his children Jennifer (Jason) of Walton, Tanya (Mike) of Ridgetown and Jasson (Laureen) of Stratford, four grandkids; Jordan, Justiss, Dannika and Mikeala and missed by many, many nieces, nephews, friends and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Andrew, his mother Ila (nee Foster), siblings Cliffton, Gloria, Winston, Diane, Larry, Sylvia, Linda and sister-in-law Marion (nee Chapman).
Born and raised near St. Marys where he also attended school. He had resided in London, Thorndale, St. Paul’s and Stratford. He loved playing crib, golf, going to the casino, cheering on the Blue Jays and was a die-hard Toronto Maple Leafs’ fan all his life. There will be an open house at a later date to celebrate his life.
