Tributes
Philip John Seabrook
July 15, 1958 – April 28, 2020
Philip (in his 62nd year) died peacefully at the Salvation Army Ottawa Grace Manor surrounded by people who loved him and gave him excellent care. He was dearly loved by his mother and faithful advocate Doris, his father John (who has gone ahead to welcome him along with his brother Jeffrey), brother Doug (Linda), sister Carolyn (Andrew Harkness), his nieces Bronwyn, Chloë and nephew Ben.
Philip was always able to brighten a room with his harmonica music and warm smile. He was gentle, faithful and resilient through many challenging years of disability. He overcame much along the way, taught us a lot and now rests in God’s peace. Arrangements to give thanks for and to celebrate Philip’s life will be made at a future time when friends and family can gather together.
Donations in memory of Philip may be made to the Salvation Army Ottawa Grace Manor (gracemanor.ca); Holy Trinity Anglican Church, North Gower (P.O. Box 29, 2372 Church St., North Gower ON K0A 2T0 parishofsouthcarleton.com) or to the charity of your choice. We are deeply grateful for his caring healthcare workers, companions and visitors over the years. Philip, your love will live on in the hearts of many.

Our most sincere sympathies to the family and friends of Philip John Seabrook July 15 1958 April 28 2020 (age 61)..
