Peter Manning
November 11, 1932 – November 16, 2020
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of our father Peter Manning of Oderin, Placentia Bay.
He is predeceased by his wife of 35 years, Pauline Manning (nee Devine) and sister Theresa Kielly. Leaving to mourn his children: Cynthia (John), Marie (Graham), Linda (Geoff), John (Darlene) and Karen (Jeremy); grandchildren: Lydia, Vincent, Simon, Bridget, Thomas, Nicholas and Kathleen; close cousins Patrick, Vince and Val Manning and other cherished family and friends.
Sincere gratitude is extended to the staff of 3NW at Pleasant View Towers for their kindness and compassionate care. Special thanks to Dr. Hasnain and Dr. Truskolaski for their dedication and support.
Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. The family will receive visitors on Wednesday, November 18th, 2020 from 2 p.m – 9 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, November 19th, 2020 from St. Pius X at 9:30 am with cremation to follow.
Donations may be made in Peter’s memory to the Canadian Mental Health Association, The Alzheimer’s Society or a charity of one’s choice.
