Obituary of Pearl Pasiechnyk
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our mom, grandma, great grandma, Pearl Pasiechnyk.
Pearl loved to knit, crochet, and was an extremely talented seamstress. She taught evening sewing classes in Riondel, B.C., and loved all the latest fashions, especially shoes. She started waitressing in 1970 and worked into her 70’s. Pearl was a feisty beautiful woman, to the very end.
Left to mourn her passing, her children Barb (Ray), Barry (Lori), and Robert, grandchildren, Olivia (Chris), Travis (Angela), Grady (Corissa), Elli (John), Kayla (Mark), great grandchildren, Jillienne, Grace, Zachary, Zoey, Leni, Liv, Mabel and Rory.
Pearl was predeceased after 56 years of marriage by her husband Russel in 2008.
We would like to thank the staff at The Pines, for their extraordinary care and kindness.
Donations in Pearl’s honour can be made to the Kimberley Special Care Home “The Pines”.
