At the Palace Long Term Care, Alexandria with her family by her side on Wednesday, November 18, 2020. Pauline Quesnel (née Viau) of Alexandria; age 88 years. Beloved wife of Guy Quesnel. Loving mother of Chantal Quesnel (Yves Latulippe) of St. Telesphore, Richard Quesnel (Nicole) of Green Valley, Yvan Quesnel (Lynn) of Vars, and Sonia Quesnel (Stefano Delacosta) of Cornwall. Dear sister of Cécile Ménard (late Edward), and Lucille Campeau (late Rémi) both of Alexandria. Predeceased by brothers Gérard, Henri, Eldège and Aimé, by sisters Marguerite Lajoie, and Alma Campeau, and by her parents Théodule and Aldina Viau (née Léger). Also survived by 12 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. For those who wish to attend the controlled visitation at the Munro & Morris Funeral Homes Ltd., 114 Main St. South, Alexandria (613-525-2772) on Tuesday, November 24, 2020 from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm must call 613-525-2772 between 9 am – 5 pm to reserve a time to attend. Masks and Social distancing will be mandatory while inside the Funeral Home at all times. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Église Sacré-Coeur, Alexandria on Wednesday, November 25, 2020 at 10:30 am. For those who wish to attend the Funeral Service must call 613-525-2772 between 9 am -5 pm to reserve. Interment will follow in the Ste. Marie de l’Assomption Parish Cemetery, Green Valley. As expressions of sympathy Memorial Donations to the Parkinson’s Society would be appreciated by the family. As a Memorial to Pauline a tree will be planted in a Memory Woods.
