Paul
Richard Pyne, 71, of Brooklyn Corner passed away on Saturday, December
19, 2020 at home, with his wife Ruth (Hudgins) Pyne by his side. Born
on December 20, 1948 in Northville, he was a son of the late Shirley
and Harriett (Johnson) Pyne. In addition to his wife Ruth, Paul is
survived by his sons, Myles, Brooklyn Corner; and Peter (Natasha),
Waterville; brothers, Arthur Pyne, Kentville; George Pyne, New Minas;
and Bill Powell, Lakeville; sisters, Pauline (Cecil) Bond, Lakeville;
Rosie Hyland, Dartmouth; and Elsie (David) Weatherby, Toronto, ON; as
well as many nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his parents,
brothers, Ronald, Donald, Murray and David; and sister, Shirley Ann.
Cremation has taken place. A graveside service will take place in
Lakeview Cemetery, Lakeville, Kings County, NS in the spring of 2021.
Donations in memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation,
Red Cross or the Victorian Order of Nurses – Annapolis
Valley. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the White Family
Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Kentville. On-line condolences
