Passed away peacefully at home on the farm where he was raised, on Tuesday, November 10th, 2020 with his loving wife of fifty years Reta (nee Harris) at his side. Paul Dobson at the age of 75 son of the late Frederick and Ella Dobson, brother of Peter (the late Elizabeth and Roslyn) Dobson, and the late Violet (the late Oliver) Perkins, brother in-law of Ron (Sandra) Harris. Paul will be remembered fondly by his many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Paul was a “Jack of All Trades” and had a passion for the land he worked as a farmer. Paul never saw anyone “stuck” if there was a hand needed Paul was always there. He had mechanical abilities beyond imagination. Paul’s kind heart was clearly evident through the care he provided to all of his livestock and pets. Paul was a dedicated choir member at his church for many years. His recreation enjoyments were playing cards, dancing and fishing. A private Graveside Service was held in Barrie Union Cemetery. A Celebration of Paul’s life will be held at a later date. Memorial donations to Hospice Simcoe would be appreciated by the family. Messages of condolence may be forwarded to the family through www.adamsfuneralhome.ca
