Paul’s Obituary
WAYBRET, Paul Allen – 65, Bay Side Home, Barrington, We the family are so deeply saddened and broken hearted to announce the death of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He peacefully passed away September 6, 2020, at the Yarmouth Regional Hospital, Yarmouth. Born on February 21, 1955, he was a son of the late Basil and Susan (Hatfield) Waybret. He was always called “Paul, Paul”. Most of his life he was the captain of his own fishing and lobstering boat. He loved ducking, but his real passion was deer hunting. He loved the camp where he spent a lot of time, His greatest love of all was his grandchildren; whatever they wanted do or wherever they wanted to go, he was right there. He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Margo (Kenney) Waybret; his loving son, Shawn Waybret; his loving grandchildren, Logan (Michelle) Nickerson, Rylie Nickerson, Stevie Newell, Jodi Lee Newell, Kenan Newell, Kentia Newell, Alyssa Waybret; great-grandson, Christopher Nickerson; loving brother, Ronald (Kimberly) Waybret; sister-in-law, Coral Brannen; and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents, Paul was predeceased by his daughter, Denise Newell; brother, Michael Waybret; and brother-in-law, Robert “Bob” Brannen. The family would like to take this time to thank all the nurses and doctors of the Intensive Care Unit and 3 South, God bless you all. Also a loving thank you to Ronnie and Kim for all they did. A special thank you to all the people who picked up Paul and took him to Tim Hortons. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of H. M. Huskilson’s Funeral Homes & Crematorium, Barrington. A private family memorial service will take place at a later date. Memorial donations in his name may be made to a charity of your choice.
