It is with profound sadness that our beloved daughter, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend Pat Otto passed away surrounded by her children at the age of 65 on November 8, 2020.
She will be lovingly missed and remembered by her son, Neil (Arlene) Popowich; daughter, Miria (Calvin) Euchuk; grandchildren: Masaharu, Nolan, Takayoshi, Kinley, and Damiela; mother, Rozena Hlewka; brothers: Barry (Rosenne) Hlewka, Ken (Cheryl) Hlewka, Brian (Jackie) Hlewka; sister, Sheila Eliuk as well as numerous relatives and friends.
She was predeceased by her father, Nick Hlewka, and sister, Vivian Langkow.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Pat Otto’s name to Ovarian Cancer Canada, ovariancanada.org.
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at the UFA Hospital, the Cross Cancer institute and the Northern Alberta Renal Transplant team at UFA Hospital.
