It is with broken hearts, the family of Patricia Jean Millard, announce the passing of their beautiful angel, on Saturday, April 11, 2020 in Simcoe, Ontario at the age of 77 years. Pat was the kindest, gentlest soul. A perfect mother, whose world revolved around her daughter, Michelle Armstrong and her spouse Todd Thomas. Pat was a proud and devoted grandmother to Katie Armstrong and Madi Armstrong. She was a loving great grandmother to Tyler Sudds. Sister-in-law to Linda Millard (the late Paul 2010). Loving aunt to several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father Hugh (1983), mother Ruby (1996), twin brother Paul (2010), and infant brother Mitchell. Pat was a music teacher. Through her love of music, she taught hundreds of students throughout Straffordville-Eden Public School, touching their lives with her love of music. She shared her musical talents from the age of 5 years old, writing more than 300 songs throughout her life. Pat was involved with Rotary Productions in Tillsonburg, working on Oklahoma, and South Pacific, to name a couple. Pat’s strong belief in God gave her strength every day. We are sorry to report that due to the ongoing restrictions resulting from the spread of the Coronavirus there can be no community visitations or the planned funeral. Private family interment will be held at the Straffordville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the MS Society of Canada would be appreciated by the Millard family and can be made by contacting Ostrander’s Funeral Home Limited, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg (519-842-5221) who have been entrusted with arrangements.
