Olive’s Obituary
ETHIER, Olive May – 75, of Shelburne passed away at home on Saturday September 19, 2020. She was a daughter of the late Doran Parker and Georgina (Matthews) Stuart. Olive worked at Continental Seafoods for many years. She loved playing cards and was an avid Bingo player. Olive also loved cats, spending time with family and her T.V. Shows. She is survived by her son, Burns Ethier, daughters; Rhonda Urquhart and Sarah Arsenault, sisters; Murial Marriott, Sarah McLaughlin and Pauline Benham, and her ex-husband Ronald Ethier. Besides her parents she is predeceased by a brother Burns Stuart and sisters; Hannah Drysdale, Alice Marriott and Kathleen Young. Cremation has taken place under the care and direction of H.M. Huskilson’s Funeral Home and Crematorium Ltd. A private family celebration of life will take place at a later date. Donations in her name may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society of Nova Scotia.
